We started Automated Reception because we've seen firsthand how demanding hospitality can be — especially during staff shortages. Co-founded by Vieri Balboni and Robert Godwin (CEO of Lamington Group), our roots are deeply embedded in the hotel world, with over 60 years of industry experience guiding us. But we're not just here to solve staffing challenges. We're committed to building smarter, more sustainable operations that support Lamington's goal of net zero by 2030 — one phone call at a time.
